Horrible horrible horrible service on 11/13/25! My husband was stuck in line after paying for a large fry and drink for 25 minutes! 25 minutes!! He had to pull into a parking spot (his choice) to walk in to a filthy store to retrieve his order while employees just standing around! In the line he asked the cashier why the hold up and she said grillers/employees refusing to work! This is Poor management and hiring stupid lazy kids! Unacceptable! Managers do better!
