Tolon has upped their menu and a new go to for us! Service is solid and friendly. My personal fave is the spaghetti and meatballs like no other! Pasta, small meatballs in a Bianca sauce - to die for! Last two visits I had to have. Burger is a safe bet also. Deviled eggs, shrimp app also a solid bet. Try main dining room or bar, not a fan of front annex room. Signature cocktails, strong wine selection. Highly recommend!

Sunday Brunch is good. Very Pricey. First time I've spent $75 for a breakfast/lunch meal. Chicken and Waffles were a great choice. Very hearty. We had the spicy sauce on the side.

Went here for my brother’s birthday.l and let me say it was awesome. It was our first time eating at Tolon so we didn’t know what to expect. I got the noodle bowl and it was delicious. Portions are big and hard to finish so be prepared for some left overs.Their apple carrot cake and chocolate lava cake are amazing as well!Hats off to the servers, hostess and managers at this place!

To celebrate my dad's birthday, we chose Tolon as the birthday dinner spot! We've never been, so we were all excited to try. Our server was really friendly and helped us answer any questions we had about the menu. We ended up going with the duck fat frites to share, and I ordered the pork chop for my entree. The fries were so addicting to eat. It had a good crisp outside and soft inside. Despite being fried in duck fat, the fries were light and airy, and I didn't feel heavy eating them. The aioli paired perfectly with the fries. My pork chop dish came with a huge pork chop, a side salad, and a bed of rice. Each component was flavorful, but I felt that the individual flavors were a bit overpowering. For instance, the dirty rice was quite salty, and the sauce under the pork chop was quite sweet. The pork chop felt on the blander side compared to the stronger sides' flavors. Overall, we had a good experience here and happy to celebrate my dad's birthday at Tolon!

The best pork chops in the world and the burnt marshmallow ice cream is amazing.

We had excellent service and excellent food. Fondue, scallops, and steak with an add-on of shrimp. I was disappointed that I didn’t leave room for dessert. We would definitely recommend and we will be back.

The chicken in mushroom sauce was delicious. It melted in my mouth! The brussel sprouts and kale apple salad were both excellent. I had not been in since they updated the inside. I like the new ambiance much better. My date got the ribeye which was also very good.

I can not recommend Tolon enough. We went on Sunday for brunch, the price was very reasonable.I actually know the owners, chef (Matthew) and I worked for many years together at a different restaurant. This man in my opinion, never cooks food that is not delicious. The staff is some of the most knowledgeable and friendly people you will ever find. Chef Matt's attention to detail is off the charts. Eating in you are made to feel like you are at home. You must try the* roasted bone marrow*deviled eggs, feel like silk in your mouth* steak tacos* gumbo*Dutch baby pancakes*ice cream*smore with bourbon & brown sugar ice cream** The table beside us heard my son raving about this dessert asked him about it. Three of the four people then ordered it too.Anything really in this restaurant is fabulous. The menu does change seasonally. Some things I suggest many not be available. You will not be unhappy here.We went back on Saturday for dinner.Pictures are: scallops with mushrooms, viet-Cajun noodle bowl ?my favorite, and the ribeye steak with frites, the person who ate this said it was the best steak she has ever had.Parking: Parking in fort wayne is free on Saturday & Sunday. There is parking all around this restaurant. With more parking in the area, that would require a little walking.

Food was fantastic and service was amazing. They were even super great in accommodating a gluten and dairy allergy we have. They were very careful in the prep and service.Dietary restrictions: Each dish was labeled super well on the dietary options, and the kitchen is super careful in all the cooking to meet those options.
