The last few times, they did not have any bbq sauce. This time they did not have any sauce nor juice boxes for the kids meals. I ordered a plain cheeseburger with nothing on it and received a fully loaded burger. For paying almost $40 every visit, it’s pretty disappointing what we get.

Ordered 4 hamburgers ketchup only single patties waiting in a line as one does finally get out and to find all hamburgers have everything on them. Mistakes happen but wasn’t able to turn around

Customer service sucks terrible need new staff or something every time I dash and schedule a time they always make the dasher late by 30 mins totally unacceptable

The customer service was HORRIBLE! Front counter girl was screaming at her co-workers, throwing food on the trays for those who had already ordered, and staff was paying no attention. Service was very slow. Very very unprofessional. Had I been the manager, I would have fired her on the spot. No apologies to customers who were waiting. We considered leaving before trying to order but it was late and the grandchildren were hungry after the ballgame. I was appalled by what we experienced at this store.
