We always go to the Wendy's on 37. The staff there is always friendly and pleasant and so helpful! Their baked potatoes are always fresh, and we like the new chili recipe they are using. Another plus for us is that it is always nice and clean.

Nasty, unsanitary staff and environment. No hair nets, no beard nets, No gloves (leaving the employees to dip their fingers in your food while carrying it). One of the ladies kept sniffing, and wiping her nose while she was putting food in the bags and serving it. They also bring your food to the front counter, plop it down, where everyone leans on and touches, and bags it in front of you, with unwashed, ungloved hands. Staff who are handling patrons money should not be handling your food. My wife and i were very grossed out here.

Literally waited 13 minutes at the food window. Not one word about why it took so long and my large fries are half filled and cold. Terrible service and I watched the girl with her long fingernails picking on her lips as she got drinks ready. More than half an hour waiting in the drive-thru line. Ridiculous. I don't even know why they call it fast food.
Typically good but went there the other night and staff didn't know how to work as a team. Everyone just worried about their little part and didn't care to help others that were falling behind. Ended up waiting for about 20 minutes for our food and still had to have something remade cuz it just plain looked disgusting.
