Everything was great but when I went in there the supervisor was getting after an employee right out in the open by the counter that should of been taken to the back. It made everyone that was in line very uneasy
We always go to the Wendy's on 37. The staff there is always friendly and pleasant and so helpful! Their baked potatoes are always fresh, and we like the new chili recipe they are using.
Another plus for us is that it is always nice and clean.

Typically good but went there the other night and staff didn't know how to work as a team. Everyone just worried about their little part and didn't care to help others that were falling behind. Ended up waiting for about 20 minutes for our food and still had to have something remade cuz it just plain looked disgusting.
