The interior of restaurant is disgusting. Filthy sticky tile floor, dirty worn carpet, dirty tables and chairs, torn fabric on booth seats, disgusting restrooms.I was the only patron in the restraunt, and still had to wait for someone to take my order. The person who finally took my order was irritable and rude.The exterior of the property is dirty with overgrown grass and shrubs.There was a group of employees standing outside in front of the restaurant smoking pot.The entire team, including managers, needs to be fired, and the store owner needs to be held accountable for his employees and the condition of the store.

I eat there weekly. Today a girl I haven't seen before, Kylie argued about the price of a Double Stack biggie bag at the drive-thru. The menu had 3 of the biggie bags for $5 each and 2 priced at $6. When I got to the window I was charged $6.48. Again I asked why so much and she replied " you have to pay tax sir" rudely! I'm 62 and am well aware of taxes. She shut the window and left me sitting there. I could hear them talking inside and then an older woman came outside with a sheet of paper with numbers on it and walked past my car to change the prices outside, walked in and came to the window and asked what I wanted. I explained it to her and she started to argue when gave me a dollar bill. Of course I was taxed for $6. I got no apologies. Very unhappy and will never be back! It wasn't the money but how I was treated. I've never written a review before but I'm pissed. Kylie should not have a job dealing with the public!

This used to be the best Wendy's in Fort Wayne for service and food. Now they don't give you salad dressings, or the wrong one for your salad. When you ask for the right one they act like you want then to work for free. No kindness or courtesy.

Worst Wendy's ever here in Fort Wayne, IN. I have been waiting for my food for well over 30 mins. They still don't have it together. They manage to get everyone else's food out and even remake sandwiches while my family and I wait. Went up and said something and it still had to wait. I would have never stopped here if I would have known. I give them negative stars.
