Worst Wendy's ever here in Fort Wayne, IN. I have been waiting for my food for well over 30 mins. They still don't have it together. They manage to get everyone else's food out and even remake sandwiches while my family and I wait. Went up and said something and it still had to wait. I would have never stopped here if I would have known. I give them negative stars.

Ordered at counter and my 13-year old daughter asked the employee running the register, Noelle, about Frosty flavors and was extremely rudely told there is only one flavor. Like she is supposed to know that. She doesn't work there. That is no way to talk to a child. We then had items missing from our order which caused Noelle to loudly and brashly yell to the kitchen, "I NEED A FINGER!" I resisted the urge to give her one. Horrible, horrible experience. Judging by the other bad reviews, corporate really needs to get involved to improve this location.Kid-friendliness: THERE IS NO KID-FRIENDLINESS!
