It sadly took forever to get through the line, and they were not busy at all (not just saying this, have years and years of foodservice experience) The cashier had ZERO enthusiasm to be there, dropped stuff out the pick up window and made me ask like 3 times to replace, and the food was cold by the time we got it! Almost a 30$ order! I've always had a great experience at this establishment until this visit.

I just think they need some recognition—They have made some drastic changes! Really loving the new service, I’ve definitely noticed! Friendly staff as well! Tracy is great and so is the manager with the ponytail on second shift, not sure what his name is!

Love me a Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich.Never lets me down.I am not a fan of the fries.I do love the frosty.If I could have Wendy's spicy chicken and a frosty and MacDonald's fries that would be a great meal.
