found 2 bugs in my sandwich today and when my boyfriend went to bring it back in the manager didn’t believe him luckily one of the employees saw the bugs too and agree it’s gross - will be calling the health department bc I don’t want them to do it to someone else

I used to eat here 3-4 times a week but the food quality seems to have drastically dropped the last few months. It's fresh too so can't blame it on that as I normally have to wait 5+ minutes on my order. It's the burgers, nuggets, etc. Also prices went up too. Go to a different location.

I have stopped at this Wendy’s several times for lunch. The staff are always very kind and very efficient. Food is always good, and the restaurant has recently been remodeled. Clean.

Worst Wendy's in Fort Wayne. Possibly the nation. We ordered the baconator, they gave us the Dave's Burger. When we called they told us they were out of cooked bacon and needed to make more so they gave that to us instead, we asked them to remake it, we went back waited 30mins came back home and my wife's burger still didn't have bacon.
I've been waiting for 40 min. Customer service here is not good service.
