Ziffles food truck provided the food for my daughter‘s wedding, it was a rather large wedding so I was a little nervous about them being able to keep up with the demand. Not only did they keep up with the demand, but the food was absolutely amazing! I highly highly recommend!
Haven't been to Ziffle's for at least 20 years. Last time there they were a cash only establishment. The restaurant was very clean and nicer than I remember. The only shortcoming was how close the tables were. We were in the corner which made it very difficult for even my 11 year old to get out to go to the restroom. I hired 3 of their trucks ... Ziffles, Baby got S'mac, and the Taco truck for my daughter's 40th birthday party. They were so professional and it WAS the BEST BBQ I have ever had. I will definitely use them again. The gourmet macc and cheese truck paired beautifully with the BBQ and the added gluten free option of a baked potato made it nice for my guests with gluten allergies.The guests were loving the choices and everyone was fed quickly.
