Stopped by today for the first time. Wasn't sure what was their "go to" drink so decided to try a nitro. The nitro cold brew had a nice smooth flavor. Staff at window was fast and friendly. I will have to stop back by for a hot drink soon.

This was my worst Scooter’s Coffee experience ever. I’ve been to quite a few in Omaha, Georgia and this was my second experience with one in Indiana. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had from Scooter’s. The guy on the speaker and at the window was so rude and sounded like he didn’t want to be there. I was so embarrassed I had my 20yr old son with me and I had been bragging about how Awesome the Scooter’s customer service and experience is to only be let down. We drove all the way from downtown Indianapolis for the experience which was worse than Starbucks. We waited for a while at the menu trying to decide with no help from the rude curtly guy on the speaker who made me repeat everything twice and got upset cause I didn’t know they didn’t carry the turkey sausage burrito anymore. Excuse me for not having access to Scooters so I was unaware. There was no recommendation from him as we sat in silence trying to decide. After we ordered we sat in line at the window for an additional 5-6 minutes for both cars ahead of us. When we finally get to the window which I thought Scooters usually keeps open and makes a great experience for you, he opens it and curtly tells me the total, takes my card, hands me the drinks, closes the window with my card, opens the window hands me my straw and then my card and no eye contact and just says have a great night and closes the window. It’s 9am. Drinks were great however. Yet the service was the worst Scooter’s service I’ve ever had. Won’t be returning to that store ever again. Too far of a drive for that kinda of service at those drink prices. It the Scooter’s EXPERIENCE that makes it Scooter’s and stand out way more than the great drinks.

First visit , fantastic service and good food and drinks. I had a strawberry banana smoothie, delicious , also the everything bagel. She had a Carmelicious , said it was great. This location is drive- thru only.

Great place, first time going there, I got confused at first I was like “how do I get in there?!?” I thought u could go around back or cut through the new getgo, no u have to go in through broadway lol ? not upset at them it’s early I wasn’t thinking lol, breakfast burrito was great also alot of eggs and cheese which is good for protein. Awesome staff glad i visited

Coffee is great!!! I would definitely recommend the cinnamon rolls. The staff members are super friendly. They always give my dog a pup cup when we go there. Great service and food.

The coffee is fantastic however it's frustrating to order the same thing every day and be charged something different every day. I don't understand why I would be charged almost $1 difference on my order. They really need to train their employees better so the pricing is consistsnt.

Update- 1/17- owner was friendly and followed up on review as well as experience. Picked up another coffee today and had a good experience. Changing review and hope to continue to have pleasant experiences at this location.-My husband and I travel a lot to see family & have been to scooters a hand full of times because it’s a great value on the way. I’m pretty sensitive to coffee so I always get decaf. Today we ordered our same order one decaf and one regular coffee to go with cream. Super simple. It was 3x the price today. When we asked about it the lady at the window was so incredibly rude. Almost throwing my coffee at my husband when he questioned it - she stated “we don’t brew decaf here , it’s decaf americano”. Before we could even say anything back she shut the window so we just drove away. Completely upsetting as we’ve actually told many people about this location/ coffee in fortville. My husband loves your coffee so we will return but just thought the managers/ owners would want to know whoever she was at the window was beyond rude to your customers. Brown curly hair, female, 1/7/23 at 1:25pm. If we didn’t have other pleasant experiences here we wouldn’t return after the way she spoke to us and up-charged us for an item I’m not even going to drink.

Such a cute little place! Employees are AMAZING! The only thing better than the coffee is the egg bites. Yum! So glad Fortville has a convenient coffee place!

Good coffee flavor and some variety of snacks, burritos, sandwiches. Colorful cups and so far Turtle Latte is the best. First visit reward of $2. Offered a half off any drink coupon for the last of the month. Their phrase is "scoot around" once you give your order at the drive thru. You earn 3 smiles per $180 smiles and you get a free drink. Started out in Ohmaha, Nebraska. The only thing is the location when a train arrives, I would not be able to hear very well at all if one is there while I'm ordering. Also I think they create your drink only when you arrive which I believe kind of defeats the purpose of ordering on the app, I'd like to order, pick up and go and they do deliver your order quickly still which helps. Literally every time now I've ordered a Fruit-N-ICE and they always give it with cream and no ice. No point in ordering ahead of time because they don't read what is ordered and its not made until you arrive anyway. "Fruit-N-Ice isn't ordered often". "Do you guys just want the Fruit-N-Cream drinks?"........... No, that's not what was ordered.

Put in an order for pickup. When they handed me our order, there were missing my coffee. I then arrived home to find out that one of our breakfast items was missing. So i called the store was asked what the problem was, I explained our situation in which i was then put on "hold" as i listened to the conversations employees were having for about 12-15 mins. Enough was enough so i proceeded to call back again in which it took 15 phone calls to have some pick up the phone. When I explained the situation to the manager she proceed to tell me "everything was in the bag correct when we handed to you".... NOOOO hence the reason Im calling. They then proceeded to tell me that they could either remake the sandwich and have me drive through a snow to pick it up again. Or they could write my name down... No refund, no compensation, terrible customer service. Whomever Monica is also needs an attitude adjustment since she likes slaming the sliding window in peoples faces.
