Carried out on Monday, I asked if they still did the family night special, the young man on the other end of the phone was very verbally irritated by that question. Answering menu questions IS part of food service. Then, he asked “are you done yet?” FOUR TIMES before finally taking my included drink order. I ordered one 2-topping pizza, 1 order of breadsticks, 2 drinks, and 3 cups of sauce; this is a pretty basic and short order. Well, My husband went to pick it up, the young man yelled from the back something about “crazy lady’s order is here” and the manager had to apologize to my husband, also explained that said employee had been a customer service issue prior to this small situation. I hope with this review, the manager or owners will have proper customer service training for this young man as he is not fit to handle customers directly.

My son ordered a wrap from the fountain city pizza king, it was so good. Definitely worth the money. So next time we ordered one I got it from the Hagerstown’s pizza king and they were worlds apart.
At fountain city it was saucy and cheesy and delicious. The staff was very friendly and professional.
The one from the other place only had sauce and cheese in the inside half which left a lot of just bread folded onto itself. Way too dry and not worth the money.
We had a small crowd and they have a room off their dining to accommodate. We had the best service and food was hot and amazing. The place is clean and friendly staff and management! Great to have a place like this in a small town.
