Went through the drive-through at the noon hour. I ordered a classic roast beef and cheddar, an order of the crinkle cut fries, and a beverage. The only decent part of the meal was the beverage. The sandwich was cold, and there was cheese oozed out all over the inside of the packaging making it very difficult to eat. The french fries were cold limp and soggy. My husband brought home dinner tonight and I couldn’t even eat it I was so disgusted. When I opened the wrapper I was greeted with a hard black, leathery material sticking out from under the bun. Upon further inspection it was the “meat” on my Beef and Cheddar. It wasn’t just one piece it was the majority of the sandwich, like it had been sitting out for days, or under the heat lamp all day long.
