First off the customer service was great. Very friendly staff. I ordered a simple cheeseburger, fries, and a banana split. The burger....def will not order another one. Took two bites and that was it. It was cooked by chef mike! The microwave! I dont even own a microwave i hate how it makes food taste. I thought DQ did flame grilled/broiled? -5 on the burger tho. A perfect 10 on the banana split, and a 10 on the fries. Fresh and hot. I also ordered a water it was cold, filtered, and fresh. Overall 12$ for a kid burger, fries, and a split with a water seems excessive. But def go for the ice cream and the service!Parking: Busy road but you can get in to and out. I wish the barrier wasnt there blocking access to the lot next door as it leads to a street that is an easier exit than the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Def bring the kiddos!Wheelchair accessibility: You will have no problems.

Food is always good, the female manager acts like it the place is Fort Knox. Gave me the wrong order, took ONE step past the counter to show her my online order and she freaked out and told me to get back over the line.I didn't realize Dairy Queen was Fort Knox. She's also talking to her employees like dogs too, needs to be removed.

Just want to give a shout-out to the two employees that I saw were singlehandedly running the store. The gentleman up front was very polite and took care of everything in a timely manner despite seeming to only have another coworker in the back cooking. I didn't catch her name but seemed to be an older woman. I commend you both! My food was excellent! Nothing was missing and came out in a good time for the short staff. On top of that Hawk the "employee up front" was very professional the whole time even with the stressful circumstances.

Got there at 12:17 PM didn’t leave till 1249 and the drive-through finally got my food ate about half of the sandwich and saw that there was raw bacon on it. There was only eight customers that were served while I was in the drive-through I know I saw, very disappointing. This place used to be great with food and there were so many workers that were working that day. There was only two people in the drive-through including me.

I absolutely love Dairy Queen! Their soft-serve ice cream is so creamy and delicious. The variety of flavors is incredible and I often find myself struggling to choose just one. The sundaes are also amazing, especially the hot fudge sundae with extra whipped cream. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. It's definitely my go-to place for a sweet treat.

Drove through for a quart of fresh DQ soft serve. $6.27, perfect for cake or cobbler at home! I wish they had some frozen solid. Next time, I may pay for it and have them put it in the freezer to pick up a couple of hours later!
