First off the customer service was great. Very friendly staff. I ordered a simple cheeseburger, fries, and a banana split. The burger....def will not order another one. Took two bites and that was it. It was cooked by chef mike! The microwave! I dont even own a microwave i hate how it makes food taste. I thought DQ did flame grilled/broiled? -5 on the burger tho. Just want to give a shout-out to the two employees that I saw were singlehandedly running the store. The gentleman up front was very polite and took care of everything in a timely manner despite seeming to only have another coworker in the back cooking. I didn't catch her name but seemed to be an older woman. I commend you both! My food was excellent! Nothing was missing and came out in a good time for the short staff. Food was hot.Short staffed but still got food out in a timely manner.Specifically asked if certain dipping sauce was in the bag. Was told yes. After double checking sauces where not in the bag. Went back in and she knew exactly what I was coming in for.
