I stopped here for lunch with my supervisor while on a work trip. While the waitress didn't seem very informed about: the menu, the area, or any other question she was asked, the kitchen definitely made up for it. I ordered a BLT sandwich not expecting anything special, but what I got was a masterpiece. The bread was perfectly toasted; crispy but not crumbley. The bacon was expertly prepare: chewy and biteable. However, the care in which the sandwich was assembled was the winner. Every ingredient was precisely layered across the entire sandwich ensuring that each bite was equally delicious. I deeply appreciate the time and attention that went into making me a fantastic lunch.

We had a B'Day meal with out of town family and the service was great and everyone's food was delicious. When we are in Frankfort from Tennessee we always enjoy eating at Hoops !

Made a pickup order at 3 and went there at about 3:45 they just started making the food I was the only one there. I went in and no buddy helped me. Finally someone came. We asked for the manger and they just ignored us. So she finally come we told her that we have been waiting forever for our food and she gets a attitude she was not Professional at all (she was yelling). Then we got our food 20 minutes later. We asked for a refund because she was being so unprofessional. She wouldn’t give us our money back so we left. We got home and had gravy on our mashed potatoes which we Specifically asked for no gravy. The gravy was all over the side too. Then we didn’t get our macaroni and cheese so we went back and asked for no gray and Macaroni and cheese. They charged us 5 dollars for a little bit of macaroni and cheese. The food was cold and the fries were soggy. We have came here before years ago and had good food and good service. I do NOT recommend coming here.
