Many Mexican food options in Frankfort, but La Mixteca is hard to beat because the food is consistently good. Favorites include the chicken empanada and steak burrito. We’ve been enjoying the Martinez’s family cooking for nearly a decade. Highly recommend to family and friends when visiting Frankfort.

We tried La Mixteca last night for the first time. The salsa, side of guacamole and
empanadas were delicious. It's a local family-operated business, the staff is super friendly and the price are fair. We'll definitely be back. They also run food trucks and will serve at private parties/venues.
