Spent $203 on 5 home delivery orders and, EVERY TIME, we got colored, WATER, for pop!!!!!! $3.27 for 16oz of nasty tasting flat brown water!! 5 orders of pop totalling over $34!Either, close the store now, or continue to sit back while it slowly dies away! You $#@%. (Many other issues, but every other reviewer seemed to cover the food already!)Staff at ALL food places in Franklin...could care less! A bunch of unempathetic, self absorbed, uncaring losers! You should prepare the delivery orders better since they are the most expensive! And don't tell us to drive when we are homebound disabled!

Every time I make a order my order isn’t complete I have a pretty big family to feed and when I pay $60 for food I would like for everything to be complete I don’t want to drive 4-5 miles to redeem items paid for this happens at the particular location every time I have a appetite for KFC jus isn’t fair at all.

I went through the drive thru to order my food, I ordered a large size of Mac & Cheese and large french fries. That's it plain and simple. I paid for my food, asked for plates(which they do have normally) said they didn't have any. I should have checked food before leaving. We get to where we're having lunch and look inside there's mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Didn't order either item! I go back to KFC, go inside to show them my receipt for what I ordered. Told them I ordered Lrg mac &cheese and french fries. The girl proceeded to tell me it wasn't rang in as what I ordered. Clearly on the receipt it says what I ordered. She goes back and gets me a small fry and individual size Mac& cheese. Again I said I ordered Lrg side items,goes back and gets Lrg mac & cheese and fries. Was given half only half full fries bc they happened to run out. At that point I wasn't about to stay any longer to ask for fresh fries. When walking inside to the front counter you can see the manager's office. Upon standing there you see an employee wearing bright maroon leggings,hoodie and wearing slides.

Where is the management? This place needs a complete overhaul. 8pm two customers in the lobby. Sign posted lobby is closed and doors are locked. As can be seen by the other reviews, go elsewhere especially for these ridiculous prices.

They staff is incredibly rude, I ordered a door dash that included a famous bowl and a sweet tea. I received a lemonade with no ice and no corn or cheese in my famous bowl and they did nothing to fix it. Piss pour restaurant.

I went thru drive through for lunch and took almost 20mins for food so I went inside to see what the problem was and they hadn't even made my food yet and responded to me very rudely like it was my fault for coming there. I will never return this place its better off closing the doors after the reviews I've read.

Customer Service sucks, the wait on your food is very slow, there was a newborn baby behind the doordash pickup tray. Employees act like they do not know what's going on, and the food does not seem like it's fully cooked. This KFC is at a much lower standard than other ones near it's location. I would rather travel 15 minutes north to another KFC than go to this one.-2
