Can we please figure out why we’re deciding to close the store and only run via the drive thru every other day due to “staffing shortage”? I get things happen and good workers are hard to find but let’s make smart decisions. If you don’t have enough workers on a day to operate fully then you need to make the following decisions:
1. Only allow mobile ordering/inside pick ups
2. Turn off mobile ordering and only allowing drive thru orders and close the inside

Franklin Indiana Starbucks just off US 31, has the laziest, rudest drive up people!! Can’t make a coffee right...leaving stuff off a drink, then acting rudely because we had the nerve to ask for the ribbon crunch to be put on a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. One of the main parts of the drink. Yank it out of our hand, no apology, added the crunch and makes a passive aggressive comment about not charging for the extra crunches they put on......which were not on the drink...read full review
