The employees here are so friendly! We met a friend here to go over some paperwork, and they went above and beyond to be sweet to my 4 year old son. Very clean. Great service from the barista, I believe her name was Megan.
I love their drinks and snack. the chocolate is my favorite especially their crescent with chocolate in it.
What's your traditional starbucks. It is something that I like to indulge in every once in awhile. The food is always good and of course the coffee is always delicious.

Customers appreciate that the staff take care of them, provide good recommendations, and make the experience enjoyable. However, some visitors have experienced inconsistencies, such as drinks not being made as ordered, like the Carmel ribbon crunch not being lined with caramel despite specific requests. There have been occasional concerns about drink quality, with one customer mentioning a drink that was mostly milk and not up to expectations. Additionally, the establishment can get very busy, and during peak times, staff work hard to keep up. Unfortunately, there was an incident involving disrespectful behavior from a customer, which the staff handled with professionalism. Overall, the staff’s friendliness and the atmosphere are highly valued, but there are areas for improvement in drink consistency and handling busy times.
