The girls at the bar are AWESOME!! We went in for after dinner cocktails, and they did not disappoint... However, my husband, who does not drink was approached inside the bar by another patron that was either over served or high on something else, became a very uncomfortable situation...but no one seemed to think this was abnormal..to the point the drunk guy was still able to still be seated and served at the bar. Thank you so much to the girls at the bar for making this a safe place for women again! A man who no longer works here (thank god) constantly treated me like a nuisance when he was more than happy to serve my boyfriend. Coming here tonight completely changed my viewpoint on the mint as a whole. They treated me so well and all of them deserve a giant raise! LOVE everything about this place. Right atmosphere, right whiskey and bourbon selections, right price, and amazing Cajun/Creole food. The old fashioned is done right, one of the best I’ve ever had. Can’t forget the staff, either: We have always had prompt service that hits the mark every time.
