This dairy queen has the worst service, cocky guy named Austin took my order on Friday May 2 2025 around 740 pm. He was so rude I will never be back to this location again. Drive thru wait was so slow . They were taking one car order , then when that car pulled forward they did not take my order until that car at the window got their food. It was so ridiculous. Crazy slow service. Not happy with the food either. Worst DQ I have ever been too!!!! My recommendation would be keep going straight on the highway and do not turn into dairy queen. Wish I could give it a no star.

Walked in this morning with my husband to get breakfast and the smell of it was so disgusting I was going to throw up. Told the counter person which they had only had 2 people working that's not surprising how bad it smelled in here and told them was going to be sick and left. My husband use to be a manager there and he said that smell was them not changing the grease from the fryers. I would give 0 stars if I could. Not going back there anymore. This place continues to go downhill.

Expectations were low, but oh wow. Most of the tables were covered in food and crumbs. Just a less than par experience.
Ordered at 6:00 PM did not receive food by 6:50PM and had to leave.

We did take out... We ordered chicken strip baskets. Food was cold and gravy was awful tasting. I turned the cup upside down and the gravy was so thick/ cold/caked with grease and wouldnt even move out of the cup. 4 cups of gravy was like that. The toast was soggy and cold along with chicken and fries.

I ordered the chicken strip basket. It was cold and tasted like the oil was old with a chemical after taste. The Dr pepper tasted like the machine hasn't been cleaned and chemically. Most of the tables were dirty as well as the floor. I understand that the business is short staffed and hiring but pride should be shown by maintaining a clean atmosphere, fresh food that doesn't taste old and like chemicals. The entire situation was disappointing.

First time eating Dairy Queen in at least a decade. Ordered some burgers and some blizzards, and everything came out great no issues whatsoever with the burgers or ice cream.
