Been here twice in 2025 and some things are great, others are ok... Service been off and on but overall the food gives this place the deserved 4 stars... Sushi and sashimi we've been happy with

Food was great, server Tracy was exceptional! One of the best servers I've ever experienced. She was polite and personable, and even helped us decide what to order. She visited our table exactly the right amount of times- attentive to our needs but not bothersome. We will be back and we hope to have her again!

I had the shrimp Alfredo! It was delicious! The manager stopped at our table to make sure we enjoyed our dinner. Would definitely recommend!

We stopped by for lunch on our way home from Wilstem. We were seated right away. The staff was very friendly as was the owner. I didn't see any traditional Hawaiian food on the menu. However, the food we ordered was delicious. I had one of the specialty drinks and it was also very good. The owner approached us to ask how everything was and was very friendly. We will visit again

I won't say it was a bad place to eat, but it was a strange experience. I should have taken photos while I was there because the photos from other reviews are inaccurate.

Everything felt mid at best. Our server was kind but seemed worn out and over it at 4pm, the food was decent but the selection included items that were arguably not Hawaiian (and not a lot of Hawaiian items on the menu to begin with), and the room had these weird divider/partition things all over the place, but they weren't in use, so they just felt out of place. Also gloves were being worn while serving, which seems fine in theory, but I don't think they were being changed frequently, and they were definitely touching plenty of surfaces.

The way I see it, if you're looking for an interesting meal that you can't get somewhere else, and you want the price to match the meal, this isn't the place for you.

To the restaurant: you have so much potential with this place! Why are you wasting it on dishes that aren't in your niche? I really wanted to love the restaurant, but I left disappointed, and I'm sure there are others doing the same.

Girls trip bust - 2 friends having dinner-when we call in advance to see if you have gluten free options - they say “YES” - then maybe you should have gluten free soy sauce and gluten free teriyaki sauce and bring a salad with no croutons and know for sure, of the dressings u offer which ones are gluten free… Food service employees whether servers or chefs should be knowledgeable about allergens and know how to accommodate.

So the gluten free friend had nicely cooked seared tuna but no flavor dried mashed potatoes and blanched hard veggies no seasonings…… Gluten free does not mean bland no seasonings.

On the other hand, the other friend had very good teriyaki cod with veggies and rice.

This review is not really to be harsh or bash rather frustration in hopes that the restaurant will work to improve food choices with people that have allergan issues..

We were visiting French Lick and staying at Big Splash Adventure. We decided to come here for a nice dinner one evening. The food was spectacular! I had the shrimp hibachi which was amazingly cooked to perfection. My Dad got a fish sandwich with onion rings, and he said it was the best fish sandwich that he ever tried! Our waitress was friendly and our food was served to us very fast. 10/10!

Interesting place, serving a wide variety of food. Service was ok. I did watch 2 people leave because no one noticed them at the door. Tables are close together and they sat people very close together. I prefer a little more space between myself and people I don’t know if possible. Food was very middle of the road, neither impressive or bad. I did choose a burger, though. Fries were well cooked but zero seasoning. Cheese curds were good.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was amazing, the service was great Tracie did a WONDERFUL job keeping our table clean & our drinks filled is always a plus! She was truly kind. Our food was great especially the Fried Sushi we all LOVED it. If I could change anything it would definitely have to be the garlic butter sauce for the boil it wasn’t the greatest. Other than that we truly loved this place & 10/10 Recommend ☺️

Not really Hawaiian, but the food was okay. Kind of expensive. It was nice but at the price point I wouldn't go again for the quality of food.
