Expected more based on the class of hotel this restaurant is located in. We arrived on a Monday at lunch time. It wasn’t very crowded and was seat yourself. We got our drinks right away. It took awhile for the server to take our order but it took over 45 minutes to get our food! It was barely warm when we got it. Overall, it was 1.5 hours for fair bar food that is overpriced. It’s $22 for a sandwich and $24 for a salad. Overall, we wouldn’t go back or recommend.
The service was great, and food pretty good. But they forgot the onions on my daughter’s sandwich which specifically ordered dressed just for the onions. And the buns and bread were all burnt on the edges. When the food was presented it looked delicious. But then once my family opened up the buns they are definitely burnt.
We stumbled upon the Power Plant Bar & Grill while heading over to the casino. It is a neat restaurant that is themed after the old power plant that used to run the resorts. Service was friendly even when they were very busy. Our food came out hot and fresh and we enjoyed a few cocktails as well.
