I'm a local but usually drive all the way to Mitchell Subway since they happily accept coupons, have free cookies on Mondays, and have always been polite. Was hungry tonight and didn't want pizza so I decided to stop at Subway. I came out with 3 of the thinnest sandwiches I have ever seen. They look like those sad sandwiches that Walmart sells in the deli. The gentleman was quite polite, the lady looked like I had ruined her evening by coming in. I wouldn't think anything but other reviews have said that is the norm. If you are near and absolutely must have Subway, I suggest getting the app and driving to Mitchell.

Jay and Patel make the best sandwiches and all of the toppings were evenly spread unlike some other places ive been to. Very friendly service and quality!! Will be back often!

Last evening, 3/15/25 The special of the day was hanging on a poster in the restaurant. I asked for the special of the day, and the Indian Lady, said No, and shook her head!!!! I was hungry, and the only place open and she knew that. I ordered the same chicken sandwich offered on the poster and she charged me full price. They do not recognize or take any Subway Coupons, nor honor a Special of the day hanging up in the restaurant. They may own the franchise, but giving Subway a bad name. You should honor what you having up in the restaurant. If not take it down. We had just went through a terrible storm had no electricity, wanted to get something to eat for supper.I was very dissatisfied, and will never be back to this location. French Lick Indiana Subway!!!!!

You know want really grinds my gears? So I ordered a Cold cut combo with just lettuce, mayonnaise, and pickles, not only did they give me little of what I wanted, but they also added extra tomato and Onion. Not cool and disgusting.

Underfilled, lopsided sandwiches. The last inch of bread on both sides only had condiments. The churro was inedible. The pretzel was okay, but the cheese sauce is terrible. I would not recommend.

The person behind the counter looked really annoyed that we were even there. Never cracked a smile, said thank you, or any nice gesture. The women’s bathroom was out of order and the men’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It appeared to be 2 tablespoons of tuna on a tuna sandwich, so it tasted like wheat bread and cheese. The appearance of the vegetables was not good.
My last visit to this store will be my last. Ordered tuna sub. Not exaggerating, there was about ONE TABLESPOON of tuna on the FOOTLONG sandwich. About the amount of mayo you would put on a regular sandwich. This particular subway has always strived to cut costs. From cutting the wrapping paper in half...right in front of the customer...to seriously limiting the meat and veggies...they seem to be maximizing profits and cutting costs at the customers expense. Add the difficulty communicating with the staff, routinely repeating yourself, and their overall poor attitude, I will go elsewhere.
