They never have anything, as far as ice cream! They charge you for items you don't have!

Went today and they asked if I was their for a door dash order ,I said no ,I want to order.Now I was standing by the ice cream one of the girls looked at me was on her phone and walked to the back on her phone,now I'm still waiting to order ,then a young lady comes in they are like may I help you,now while she's ordering one of the girls tells the other server well you have to be on this side to order ,I said y'all seen me standing here and nobody says anything! Make it make sense! I'm not going to argue with anyone making any kind of food or drink for me I just send it to Google reviews.

Their menu completely sucks. This location is shared with Dunkin and the menu is split but their flavored ice creams aren't listed which makes its difficult to order. They need to be able to list the ice cream they serve clearly on the menu.

I went to the Baskin Robbins at 6060 W Ridge Rd, Gary, IN 46408. I ordered a 3 scoop Sunday it wasn't until I got home and realized that my scoops were half scoops they weren't full scoops I paid over $7 almost $8 for a Sunday that didn't even fit the size of the cup. I also order a bottle of water because they told me that they did not have any more ice for a cup of ice water and I did not even get my bottle of water. It was such a disappointing experience.

No manners whatsoever ?♀️ 2 different Dunkin Donuts today that’s why I’m giving it a 1 star. Coffee was wrong at both places. How can ppl work with the public and not say “Hi” “Thank you” or even repeat the order back to you! Maybe I’ll have better luck another day. So disappointed. If it weren’t for the coffee I would not be back. Period.

Its was ok. However, I definitely have a problem with the fact that the manager was not wearing a mask, and the worker had his pulled below his mouth while filling orders. I will not be back.

Not open for carry out like they claim but whatever. Their main issue is the terrible customer service at the drive thru window. Doesn’t sound like they want or enjoy their job.
