My girlfriend and I were there on Wednesday February 28 for our 9 month anniversary. She had no idea I had plans to propose to her that night. Destiny was our server and she was very accommodating and pleasant. We ordered two filet mignon steaks with loaded baked potatoes and the steaks were cooked to perfection and the potatoes were mouth wateringly delicious. We had Hennessey BBQ chicken wings and fried green tomatoes as our appetizers and those were also on point. I ordered a glass of Guinness to get my nerve up to pop the question to my lovely girlfriend, now fiancé because she said yes. It was a very special occasion and everybody involved went above and beyond to make that happen, including taking my request to play one of our favorite songs, "Thinking Out Loud" by Ed Sheeran, right before I told Bri to close her eyes then got down on one knee. Destiny received a generous tip for all she did to make it a great night for us. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend Beach Cafe (Nostalgia) to all those in the area.

It was actually called Nostalgia now so the menu was different than online. Good food, nice setting. I'm sure it's packed when it's summer season. Server was attentive.

I see my review was removed, it wasn’t complimentary at all for many reasons, food was terrible, stuffed shrimp, lukewarm with some awful stuffing on top, like an afterthought. Husbands dinner was just as bad. Drinks were terrible and took forever, the only place occupied was the bar & that’s where our server stayed instead of working. We should have sat there, we might have mattered to someone. Our bill was expensive for the crummy food & service, owners should be ashamed.

First time dining here since the name change "Nostalgia" Waitstaff was pleasent, informed, and simply friendly, knowledgeable and made sure she took care of her customers. I ordered the 16 ounce bone in rib eye it was a perfect medium rare. Calimari appetizer hit the spot, the marinara sauce was a big lift. Grilled asparagus had just the right amount of crunch and tenderness. The soup served hot was a stomach warmer. Last but not least the cocktails were generous, stop in and relax, treat yourself to a good meal . Several flat screens hang down for your viewing pleasure. Ample parking in front of the restaurant and on the south side as well. Enjoy !

I hadn't been there for 30 years. I had to move to Indianapolis due to being laid off. I guess they have new management. Went there for lunch, and all they had was breakfast. Didn't even know if they would have any seafood by dinner.

Saturday August 12 we were a party of 16 for a birthday party. Our server was Hannah, she was excellent. She was on top of everything. The food was great and the music on the jukebox was entertaining. I’ve never had a bad experience at The Beach Cafe.

Had our Class of 62 reunion dinner here the 25th. GREAT service and food as usual at this Miller Beach spot. Steaks and Perch were favorites and the refreshed interior is warm and welcoming. If you haven't been here in a while, give it a try!!

My boyfriends pork chops were salty and my frog legs were way over cooked! And then when my ribs arrived it was a big curly hair on them! I asked for the manager and he insisted it was mine! My hair is blonde and straight! Do not eat here!!! The entire staff is just rude!!!!
