I was in there today to grab an order that I placed for pickup. (between 12-1 pm)The girl that was up front on the register, (tall lady) was very rude. She must have been having a bad morning, or something. That is still no excuse for her attitude.

Food is excellent, beer is good and cold! Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is fun. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back! So glad Salem has such a great new place to eat!!!

I was very disappointed with the services. Waited about 15 minutes for them to decide if they could take my order. If you got it, you got it, if you don't you don't, why does it take so long to let me know if I can eat or not. Don't mind supporting my people but this is unacceptable. The owner would not approve of this and this I do know

Called in and was told 20-25 min. Took me 20 to get there. Stood in line for literally 15min, and then was told another 10-15 min for my order!! Food decent, but the service sucks!!

I live near 5th and from the drive home the smell of my food was not making me hungry at all. I got rib tips and fries and it was absolutely horrible. Big waste of 15 dollars.

Big Daddy BBQ is good! Best in NWI for sure. When I want good bbq without driving to Illinois, this is the spot for sure. The only reason I rated a 4 star is because the consistency isn't there. Sometimes it's awesome, and sometimes it's good. Never bad, though.
