You can tell and everything is cold and the workers be rude …lol Tasha can’t get a break 🤦🏾‍♀️…i went back after I made the review to get my food fixed and freshly made I don’t understand how you can mess up a whopper jr twice first time forgot my cheese now this time you put ketchup on it when it clearly say no KETCHUP smh they need help frl and then why am I drinking hi-c out of a coffee cup now im scared to drink it 🤷🏾‍♀️ 😂😂 smh fire all they ass 💯🤷🏾‍♀️. And she cross contaminated With the old food, she gave me the old nuggets out the other bag when I told OK, I don’t even want nuggets anymore😕ew hire better people . The old food supposed to go directly in the garbage not on the table where you bagging other people food I already been home with the food and everything🤮.

I ordered my food on the app, the girl gave me the wrong order, I tried to tell her, She WOULD NOT correct my order !!! I did not get what I paid for ! she was very rude ! I filed a complaint with BK for a full Refund ! , I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN !!!

If I could put less than one star I would. I put in a mobile order 30 almost 40 mins before they closed. First of all when I got to the speaker she said that they are closed (30 mins before their posted time online.) she says she will check to see if it’s being made. Left me sitting there so I pull up to the window. Left sitting for another 5 minutes before she comes and tells me that they’re closed and it wasn’t made. I’ve had good experiences from this Burger King but honestly it’s a hit or miss and it will either be pleasant or terrible with no inbetween and tbis was my worse experience thus far. Wasted not only my time but also my money as I have to wait a week for a refund because of their screw up! If you’re gonna close earlier than 11 just change the time online! They’re clearly closing earlier than they should or else the app would not have let me make the purchase in the first place. You seriously need to do better and stop being lazy and unprofessional

I pulled to the drive through and waited 15-20 mins to order. I then ordered using one of the rewards code for a whopper and fries meal. Then waited in line patiently for another almost 30 mins. When I got to the drive thru window the cashier told me she could not find my order. I explained to her I used a code for my order and she asked me to pull the code back up. I then explained again I am not able to pull the code back up once used. I assumed she didn’t know what to do because she sat there staring at me so I just said forget it and drove off.

The service was horrible they kept asking me what I had as soon as I got to the window to pay for my order that they took and everytime I told them my order they would ask again looking confused or lost …They gave us the wrong size drink the food wasn’t made right at all missing all ingredients, the fries wasn’t cooked all the way through then they were out of all three drinks I asked for so I had to get something I don’t like …Never going there again

I just got charged for an extra burger and I also didn't receive my cheese sticks.I will be back tomorrow for a refund since I can't get through on the phone ...also the lights in the parking lot should be on for everyone safety.we should have to sit in a pitch black lot waiting on food

If I could give this place zero stars I will. I ordered from here and the food was not fresh at all!! They gave me fries that looked so old and like it’s been sitting in grease all day. The burger was so cold && disgusting! They take forever at this location and is very rude! Every time I place a DoorDash order when my dasher arrives they say the system down so I don’t get my order ! This is every time !!!! Someone really need to get this store together .

I informed the manager on 7/25/24 at 10:40am the men’s restroom had no hand soap. I watched her grab a container of soap then went to help someone in the kitchen making food and set the soap down in the kitchen. Obviously hand washing isn’t important at this location
