I know this BK gets flack and I've been on the bad end of some of their unsatisfactory quality days, but they're usually pretty good and fresh. They also nice at the speaker. Had to talk on em after seeing reviews of the SpongeBob meal and some people's sandwiches looked sloppy and smashed and the drinks looked warm😭. Mine from this location was great tho and I didn't even want foam on the drink, but they mistakenly added it and it was good🫨🙂↔️
They never get the order right. When you get your order they don’t add what you ask for or you’re missing an ingredient.
Order 2 whopper meals paid $27 didn’t get no bacon, no lettuce, no tomato and no onions. Plus the food was cold after waiting 20 minutes for my order. Never again. They need to close this location down or find new employees and managers.

Very bad service. Atmosphere dead and I see why staff were rude. One of the employees lightskin young lady with black and red hair was on her phone the entire time I was there. Upon my arrival, no one greeted me. The short brown skin chubby girl had a very nasty nonchalant attitude. The young man the cook average height, chubby dark skin was mean mugging me the whole entire time I was placing my order. The cashier gave me cold fries and got a attitude from me asking for fresh fries. I visited this location 1600 west 35th Avenue Gary IN

Man I will never ever go there again. The service was trash the food was ok. We were never greeted the wait was long as hell never got a receipt. All that salt was put on the fries. You don’t know if people have high blood pressure it’s sad you spend your hard earned money and service is below expectations. I will let everyone I know not to patronize this establishment

Saturday July 5 2025 approximately 10p, me and my daughters went to drive thru the young man was by himself, I do believe. It was a very long line. When we got to the ordering process, he did inform us it would be 15min wait. It was at least 6 cars behind us but when we got to the window, the young man was courteous had a smile on his face and I do believe he was there alone, but my service and my food was hot french fries was seasoned perfectly. That young man handled his situation i give him all thumbs up. Excellent service
