I totally dislike this establishment. I was visiting the owner of Ques Lounge and orderd us some wings. The young lady cooking took my order told me to come back in 20 minutes..Walked back to the restaurant from Ques in 15 minutes and she locked up and left with my food and money. Win (Ques Owner) told me to talk to the manager the ned day. They never responded to me and denied my bank cancellation of the debit. Sad they have to steal to make the days profit. If she didn't want to serve me all she had to do was say she shut down the kitchen. Glad I had the owner and staff at Ques as witnesses to their business neighbors service. This is why black dollars don't stay in the black community.We GOT to do better black business in Gary.

Tried to order on the phone at 9, they say they didn’t take call ins. I go in at 9:17 to order and they card machine didn’t work. Cook said they stop taking orders at 9:30 even though they close at 10. I go to ATM and come back at 9:31 and they say they closed. Bad business.

I ordered 8 wings Friday. A call in. With fries. So anyways. They tell me , u gotta buy a wing for 1 dollar, I ordered 8 plus fries the dude on phone told me. 11 dollars and so change.I get there and some lady takes like 5 mins to add up my order , I'm like 8 wings and fries, how hard can it be she mumbles some stuff about the store being petty as hell etc, and tells me 15 dollars and some change, I knew it from the long time she took that she was trying to scam me outta couple bucks.if it's dollar a wing I paided 8 60 for 8 wings.So a order of fries cost me almost 7 dollars. I bet she pocketed them 4 dollars she told me it was.Cause remember on phone they said was 11 something. Point is. Lost me as customer cause of the pettiness, the thieves working there. I went there all the time.Mexican dude .

I'm impressed with this melanatedestablishment. I must say the turkey chop was fried to perfection! My kids didnt care for the pizza puff because they were slightly burnt..we don't do Burnt. The decor was elegant however it reminded me of Al Pacino..mob style..overall the food was good!
