They disrespected my brother who has mild autism and told us to leave just because he opened his book bag to clean it out also the food stated bad..... very disrespectful

Not only the wait was extremely long but the employees were very rude. I requested to dine in and later was told that they ran out of salsa with the chips. I requested at least the chips and the cashier responded why would you want the chips without the salsa. I replied well I paid for it and still have to wait for my sit in order. After I asked for the manager, the cashier stated he was busy. I end up taking my food to go. "THIS PLACE HAS EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE " BE PREPARED IF YOU COME HERE

Went in this place for a simple order for 3 steak tacos waited 30 minutes thinking we're gonna get these tasty tacos open the Box hard as a rock tasted like dirt I would rather have taco Bell than ever return to this establishment

First time trying this place out, i order a burrito dinner the beans were really really salty the steak had no flavor at all it look like watery meat or something, my burrito even had a big o hair on it , also order 3 steak tacos barely had any meat and same thing no flavor tortilla was small as a cookie really bad experience, only good thing was the pop was ice cold

This place used to be a great place to eat. But in the last month or so you can never get anyone to answer the phone!! I have called at least 10 times from different phones every time I have tried to order! They have lost out on a lot of money I have a really big family and spend lots of money to order food!!!

I am unable to comment on the food. This is because of the fact that everytime I try and order, nobody ever answers the phone. I have never even spoken to an employee at this establishment. Do they ever answer the phone? They have lost out on at least 15 orders that I would have placed, had someone answered the phone. And yes, I did call multiple times. The customer service is rancid.
