Gary Indiana location. Food is good, but don't waste your time with the app or the drive thru. Even though it says they have curbside pickup, they don't. I've told several people about the restaurant and they had issues getting their food, because the restaurant advertises they have curbside pick up. The workers have the nerve to have an attitude about it, but the restaurant is the one that says they have curbside. Weird! Why would they half ass do a restaurant like this. Chicken nuggets and cheese sticks were cold. I will be going to a different location. They just opened and I guess they don't plan on doing the Charles Cheesesteak name proud.

New Place just opened Soft opening and was super clean and service was great. I had chicken Philly fries and wings and it was Good for sure i will be back. Must come and try it. and dont forget to get the lemonade

Ordered 40 dollars worth of food and didn’t get fries for neither combo food was COLD. I went to the one in south holland and DROVE BACK TO GARY AND THE FOOD WAS HOT !!! I called over 5 times no answer. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend

Ordered everything sandwich, wings, fries, a milkshake, and lemonade and everything was sooo good. Super fresh, super tasty. Definitely hitting Charley’s again!
