VERY Dirty store , very DIRTY ATTITUDES , no customer service whatsoever ! I bought some ice cream and after I left I quickly remember I wanted to grab some of their buffalo sauce as well for ANOTHER REASON . I didn’t know if they sold it or not so I called to ask and was QUICKLY hung up on before I could finished the sentence. SAVE yourself the disappointment and drive a couple miles to the next Dairy Queen.

I just left there. I spent 33 dollars and I got 5 hot dogs that seemed like it was cooked in a microwave. The chilli was gross. They didn't give us a choice in chips and pop for the combo. The sprite was so gross. I got a root beer float that had no flavor of root beer at all. The ice cream brownie cupachino thing my kid got had hard brownies like they were old. We will not be returning to this location.

i had recently turned in an application a little under a week ago and today i called to check the status of my application and they answered then hung up within 3 seconds. i only got to say hello and they hung up. i ended up calling a couple more tikes then left it alone cause they could have been busy, then about an hour later i called multiple more times and they let it ring. i ended up calling TEN times and STILL got no answer. even if i do get the job i dont think i would like to work in a place of business that doesn't feel the need to answer theyre phone when a potential customer/employee calls. the food is also very gross they never fill the blizzards up. just overall terrible terrible service and atmosphere.

I pulled into Dairy Queen on Broadway next to IUN on a nice hot sunny day to order a slushy along with my intern. The lady at the intercom said please hold as we did. We waited for like five minutes and afterwards the lady on the intercom said that we’re currently closed. Huh???? you just told me to wait. I said okay left it at that but when I’m pulling out of Dairy Queen I see a lady at the window clearly ordering.So, I’m genuinely confused was Dairy Queen just closed for me??? or closed for everybody in general. Been going to iun for 6 years now & the one time I tried using this Dairy Queen. Yeah not coming back.

It would be 4 stars because they do make the snickers blizzard extra snicker like it should be but even though the hours are until 10pm..their system is down most nights if I make it there around 945 950p...even tonight! If you're closing early just say that because no other dairy has this problem lol

The Diary Queen on the 35th Block of Broadway in Gary, Indiana is charging customers 2 to 3 times the regular price of items listed on the drive thru menu and scamming a lot of low income families in the area out of money. The alleged manager, a young woman with braces alleged that they have been charging double or almost triple for quite some time and commiting false advertisement because the owner of that Dairy Queen in Gary, Indiana by Indiana University Northwest just "doesn't have time to change the sign's prices but changed them on the register". That Dairy Queen should be investigated for fraud. You should read the reviews about 3506 Broadway Gary, IN and see how other customers are overcharged, get poor service, and get disrespected. You don't even get a receipt when you buy food from there. The employees must be pocketing a lot of money. At the Dairy Queen in other parts of NWI, my parent's order today would have been $7.89 but the Gary IN Dairy Queen on Broadway wanted $17.49! How does that make sense? Someone needs to investigate this place for scamming good customers.
