It would be 4 stars because they do make the snickers blizzard extra snicker like it should be but even though the hours are until 10pm..their system is down most nights if I make it there around 945 950p...even tonight! If you're closing early just say that because no other dairy has this problem lol

The cones were not DQ worthy!!! They were not made properly. I paid for them but most likely I will visit a different location.

Stopped there for a banana split. The young man who is takin the orders sounded like we were getting on his nerve.. There were 3 cars and it was taking for ever.. We just pulled off.. Customer service is so important.

Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I ordered treats for eleven people and they got every item spot-on. The young lady at the drive-thru repeated my order once I completed it and again once I picked it up at the window. She was patient while I deliberated what to get and was professional and courteous throughout my visit. Also, my order was ready in less than ten minutes. I should say that 4 of the items were Blizzards. I was so happy they have a dairy-free Dilly bar for my Sister, who is dairy sensitive. If you happen to be in Gary and driving on Broadway, stop by this location and pick up delicious treats for the Family.

I got a chocolate dipped cone, it was dipped once. My sister received an Oreo blizzard that was melted.

Got some ice cream from here recently it was okay but for what I spent here I could have just went to the Dollar tree got some ice cream and my own toppings from there and probably saved about $6 but if you're going there for like a special treat then yeah it's fine the service wasn't slow the workers didn't have an attitude and they got the customers in and out real
Both of my blizzards were very loose. Ordered an Oreo blizzard with more cookies than ice cream, then the bottom was just ice cream not even mixed properly. My cherry chip blizzard I ONE half cherry in it and the chips weren't broken up, legit big logs of chocolate chunk. Only thing that was right was the Dilly Bar and that's prepackaged. Too much attitude to complain bc you won't mess with my food if it's remade.

The AA young lady who worked between 12-2pm on 10/30 had such a poor attitude & demeanor that I will do one of two things for the rest of the season. Either go to the next neighboring location or the grocery store & have ice cream for the week. I am a regular customer here who's orders are never below $20 & the service I received today is simply unacceptable.

Today I went to Dairy Queen and the service was amazing. All employees that interacted with me were polite and quick with my order, despite having customers in the drive-through. 10/10 experience will definitely come again.
