This store doesn’t go by there hours, the hours online and on door say open 5:00 am it’s 6:00 am and doors are still closed mean evil employees just look at you pulling on door, they are just there to collect a paycheck not serve customers I even went to the window and the mean young lady still didn’t serve me and all I wanted was a cup of coffee I can imagine how much business this store looses over there unprofessional mean unkind employees.

I've been a regular every morning 4 at least 2 years and the crew at this location is fantastic! They always make my coffee exactly right. No other dunkin can. And even when I was in a car accident and door dashed my coffee they still made sure my coffee was right. Love you Grant st crew and management!

I went to Dunkin Donuts, because my husband wanted a cinnamon roll. I stopped in, and I had9been there in years. Soon as I walked in, I was like, this is nice, in my Tiffany Haddish voice. Lol

But as soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away by Janae. She was very friendly, and patient as I picked all of those sweets, that I did not need. She was very welcoming!!!

When you go in, and truly get extraordinarily service, you remember it. Thanks Janae for your A1 service!! Y'all be sure to stop by there!?

I have read that there are complaints about the drive thru, they really attend very badly, as if they were in a hurry, they ask with a bad attitude, aggressive if they do not understand you, they make you feel bad with the rude way of answering you, I ordered 4 different coffees and 2 donuts, they only gave me 3, I ordered donuts and they gave me another bread when he told him that I lacked a coffee and that those were not my donuts he snatched my bag and changed me for a different bread, he told me not to charge you the other coffee, and I said charge me, he answered that he would train me again to order it but there were already 5 cars behind, he embarrassed me with the people who came with me TERRIBLE SERVICE

I don’t go to this location often, but when I do, I normally go inside. However, today was the second time I’ve went and the lobby was closed (doors locked) for whatever reason ?. I decided to go through the drive through. I asked the employee a question and she answered with an attitude. When she first spoke into the speaker, I already knew she didn’t like her job and didn’t want to be there ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️but when she answered my question with an attitude, I told her “never-mind, but thank you” and drove off, because I refuse to spend my money at any location I don’t receive good customer service at. I experienced POOR customer service today at this location, and I honestly won’t be going back there. Whoever that was operating in the drive through today needs to stick to paper work (far far away from people) and leave the interaction between employee to customer to somebody who actually likes customer service and more than that, likes their job. I would have hated to see if I was rich and eager to give away some money today. She would have missed out on a blessing. I’m just thinking out loud. I know everyone isn’t perfect. Maybe she was going through something. Maybe that’s just the way she is. If it’s the first, you still have to know how to separate your personal life from your work life. You have to be professional and you can’t let your personal issues get in the way. If it’s the second, then she needs to find another job, one that doesn’t require customer interaction. Okay. Byyyyeeee.

This location needs to clean house and hired new employees. It’s a young lady there by the name of Crystal to my knowledge she’s supposed to be a team lead and has the nastiest attitude. Her customer service skills is very poorly. She goes back-and-forth with customers, not trying to fix the issue or problem and management allows her to continue to be rude and disrespectful to customers. She’s normally in the driveway. Which I like to try to go in the lobby to avoid her, but they open the lobby whenever they choose to, which is sad. I’m definitely going to report her to corporate because she needs to be fired or demoted from her position. Definitely not a good look for the company.
