These people have attitudes every time I come there and when I say it’s everyone it’s everyone with an attitude. How are you mad at me for how I want my drink made when I get the same drink everyday. I don’t know what’s going on but they need new workers who actually appreciate their jobs. I’ve never been to a Dunkin where the employees judge you and complain to YOU, the customer, about how your drink is made. Been getting the same drink for years. They even get mad when I ask for an extra straw for my kids drink. Hire people that aren’t having attitudes all day. Whoever was in there this morning definitely needs to be fired. Complaining about drizzle. That crew is a TERRIBLE EXAMPLE OF DUNKIN EMPLOYEES.

i'm on my way to say goodbye to a loved one in the hospital, so i stopped by and grabbed breakfast on the way. i ordered avocado toast, hash browns, and two coffees. they didn't toast my toast. they gave me plain bread. they watered down my iced coffee. they also didn't fill the hot coffee up all the way and it was mostly foam. i don't care if you hate your customers or your job. but i really didn't need this ridiculously bad service right now of all times.

Was in this place and saw an employee going off because of a customer who was no longer in the store. The employee called the customer so many nasty names I knew she never needed to come back and buy anything. I don't trust disgruntled people around my food. Come to find out, the daughter came into the store only to witness Kaylee or Kilee.. still bad mouthing her mom. It was a horrific and unprofessional site to witness. I won't be back to this location ever!!!

Hit or miss at this Dunkin but it is better than other locations for sure. I go here often: sometimes its quick and easy with great service other times coffee taste burnt and customer service is served with attitude and misery. Items over priced (not employees fault) but the app gives decent deals. Will keep coming for my iced mocha and dozen donuts but will be ready to yell back if I have to.

The Dunkin that I visited was drive thru only..except for an outside waiting table.
the staff was so kind and helpful! Nice playlist, it suddenly stopped once. Good product, I had the matcha latte! I also purchased ground coffee.
The tables were a little small, but I'm sure they serve the needs of the regular customers.
Would go again.

We needed a coffee stop, yes! The place was busy with drive-thru and mobile orders but they handled the lobby business well too. The coffee was great, the doughnuts were fresh and the service was great. Every worker looked busy! Great stop!

I came to the location and the manager. I’m not sure if that was her name, but she goes by the name Maya, which was on my receipt. She was very rude. She called one of theemployee stupid I then ask her is there a manager she then look and she said I don’t know but she was the manager we have received cold food and bad customer service I will not come back to a place that I spent my hard earned money and get horrible customer service not acceptable at all I pray they get better working people 😢
