I find it repulsive that y'all now charge for "no ice" , or " light ice"!!! How greedy can a corporation get. The amount of money to be made of coffee is insane. You definitely lost a ton of customers from charging 1$-2$ for light or no ice just for the principle of it. It's a shame your workers will probably take the brunt of people's anger..for those who still come. As for my husband and myself and our 4 grown children who made at least daily visits are now spending their money at McDonald's on a Cold Caramel iced coffee with or without ice at no Xtra charge!. Eventually word will spread!!

I need to stop going to this location. I order a simple bacon avocado toast every morning and they forget to put the bacon on it almost everytime. I always have to come back or call & tell them .

My bf and I went there this morning and had our dog in the car. He knows he always gets a pup cup which is a small cup with whipped cream sometimes woth a bone. We been to almost every Dunkin Donuts. Some Dunkin Donuts say we dont have those and ask if we can be charged for a cup with whipped cream and they do it. Well at this one I asked for a pup cup. They said we dont do those, so we asked of they can give us a cup woth whipped cream, cashier goes no sorry we dont do those! I said ok we are leaving. She said whatever. So apparently either she or that Dunkin isnt Dog friendly! And he is our kid. He is a customer too.So not getting our business anymore!
