Never give you what you ask for and when they correct it it’s never right why am I ordering a pumpkin spice signature latte with no whipped cream and you guys always give me whipped cream when I have you guys correct it you guys give me back a regular iced coffee without pumpkin, even though I paid for extra pumpkin. They told me it’s because a signature latte isn’t signature without whipped cream. But I don’t care if I’m ordering it the way I’m ordering. Why can’t you make it the way I asked for it.

Did not acknowledge me for like 10 minutes even though I was the only person at the counter. Ordered my shaken espresso with oat milk, they used cream. Did not give me the blueberry glaze donut I paid for, or a receipt. So overall this Dunkin seems unable to provide their basic services.

I love DD! This location is getting a 3 because yes, their drinks are made right and they have decent customer service, but this last time I had to be pulled up, yet again, for my cappuccino, they finally brought it out and I’ve had a few sips while driving, when I had gotten home my son noticed a HAIR in it! My hair is not that color!

I love this Dunkin Donuts thus far. Their sign says “Gary’s Dunkin “! LOVE THAT!!! People don’t like to associate themselves with Gary, so out the box, that was a 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾! 🥰 There is this coffee, that both my husband and I love! It’s the frozen caramel coffee with cinnamon sprinkled on top of the whip cream with extra caramel!! So I’ve personally had 3 large cups!! It was the same taste each and every time! It has not been hit or miss, and that is hard to get or find. I had donuts for the first time in a while. Those donuts were DELICIOUS!!!! The donuts we’ve had in the past have had this taste, like the grease needs to be changed or something. When we bit in to these donuts, they were 🔥!!! No after taste, icing delicious, donuts fresh, just GOOD, ok!!! So I have found my Dunkin Donuts!!! The crazy part is that I am a Starbucks fanatic, but I think I have traded teams!!😳😂 Anyway, if you looking for freshness, consistency, and great service, check them out!
