The bartender Trina I think was dope and cool as ever. She remembers everyone all of her regulars lol. I was new to the spot brought there by a friend and she was pretty cool. The zucchini sticks??? FIGH!!! I wished I lived closer just go grab some every weekend. Dope lil spot.
I went on Saturday night...this wasn't the spot to be turnt and twerking. It wasn't ole school RnB...more like "old skool Soul" Its a local bar with lots of locals. No Cover, Single occupancy Restroom and DJ seemed to be just someone in the booth playing random songs mostly swinging and stepping music with playing all way the out as if he had to flip the 45 and change it on a phonograph. Enough about the DJ. The atmosphere was very pleasing, 1 Bartender...
I came pretty early, around 10:00 and although I had to wait a minute for my drink, the bar tender was very nice. I must admit, walking in I was a bit anxious as I just moved here and I am not their typical patron, but I was greeted by friendly patrons and left after my beer feeling much better then when I had arrived, and not just because of the alcohol coursing through my veins. You see, I went for my father's birthday and given his initials were MRB, it was a great sight...
