I was hung up on 2x. Someone finally picked up, I gave my order. She never told me the cost. Never took my name. 45 minutes later I get a text message saying my food is ready. I was never told I would get a text when my food was ready. I just got hung up on again. I went elsewhere to get wings.

I tried their food for the first time from my coworker and hers was really good and fresh so I ordered some for my first time the next day and it was horrible. They didn’t add extra sauce like asked and you can tell that it wasn’t fresh and the grease was old. I was so disappointed because my coworkers was very good and fresh that’s what made me want it the next day so I guess just a bad day or cook in the kitchen.

Chicken is way better than the local Sharks or Harolds plus it’s Black owned!! I recommend calling before ordering if you are in a rush. We have ordered several times and each time the customer service is great! The cashier even brought the food out to the car for me one time when I had a sleeping toddler in the car. Definitely worth checking out!

I’ve placed a variety of pick up orders from Kings within the past couple months. Now, you WILL likely wait for your order upon arrival. Even if you called it in ahead of time. BUT the service will be excellent, the staff will be friendly, and the food will be made fresh and delicious EVERY SINGLE TIME! Love this place.
