I eat at this store once or twice a year, when I have time to forget how bad the service was the last time. 🙄 I know what I'm getting at Little Ceasars: mediocre pizza at a pretty good price. I ordered a pretzel crust pizza and wings at 11:25, scheduled for 12:00. I showed up at 12:05 and then waited for my pizza until 12:20, when I received my regular-crust pizza.

I highly recommend people do not go to this location. Made an order for delivery that I never received. Told the cashier my order and I saw that she had the wrong address on file so I gave her my current address. She then wrote the address down and said ok, your order should be there within 15 minutes. Well, they sent my order to the address I asked them not to. Completely ignored the address I gave them. But what gets me upset is not only did I not get my food. But they took my money and didn't refund or make it up. Just stole my money. Be careful with this location. They will rob you....

I ordered a large sausage pizza that should cost $8.99 but because I asked for it to be well-done (this location often serves under-cocked pizza in my opinion) and extra tomato sauce on the pizza I was charged $10.36 for a custom pizza which I believe is too high for such low quality pizza. I got the pizza home and it was just cheese. The service at this location is also slow, and rude sometimes in my opinion.

Giving all one stars because this certain one is charging $8.50 for a regular pizza while everyone else is charging $5.99
I ordered a custom deep dish pizza it was very doughy i had to put it back in the oven then i ordered another to make sure it was enough for my family that one was uncooked too had to put that back in the oven if i wanted to cooked i would of i spent 40 some dollars last night so disappointed

I ordered a pizza with sausage and extra cheese on my way home something told me to check my pizza so I did when I opened the box it was the wrong order it was all cheese with no sausage so I took the pizza of back and asked if they can remake my pizza he told me no and there was no refund this is coming from the manager so I asked if they can do something about this because this is not what I ordered I also stated that my name was wrong on the box he told me it was nothing that he can do so I will never ever order from there again. I left a piece of sitting on the counter.

Ordered the fanceroni pizza which advertises a crispy Carlie crust. Got a regular crust. Asked for a replacement, attendance was like I needed to appreciate order asking for it to be burnt. What? They advertise it as crispy. It's basically a pan crust. He contributed to argue that it was my fault for not special ordering it despite the ad's description and picture. Asked for a refund since they're not gonna remake it and basically no, call customer service because it's a mobile order. Whole time he was rude and combative almost before I even said anything. Never coming back to this store again. Getting almost to not going to any little Caesars because they're customer service is TERRIBLE. Not the only bad experience I've had in the area, but it was my first bad experience at this store. Never ever again.
