Very fast n friendly n very clean even the restrooms look n smell clean. My only negative is how can you serve chicken items an not carry BBQ sauce as one of ur dipping sauces. BRING BACK BBQ SAUCE Corporate because it does make me not want to go there for my chicken lunches or dinners

I've ordered the meals through uber eats and it was horrible… This is my first and last time ordering from there. the food was over cooked, I didnt asked for hush puppies and received it in my meals. The waffle fries were very hard and over cooked. The food was greasy and burnt. The condiments I’ve requested were not inside the bag. I was very skeptical to order from this location tonight and it serves me that i should've listened to my first mind. I will never order from this location again.

So normally food be good but it was a white lady that serve me today she use her fingers to get shrimp out no gloves ? I get home my fish hard rock fries hard coleslaw old nasty horrible I'm call coperperate this crazy wear your gloves
The wasn't really hot, but it was fresh! Better than Culver's Bullsh#t that they throw across the counter! Mom likes her fries hot, not warm, ? ?

Food is okay kind of crazy and I know it's greasy food but I just didn't feel like it was fresh. But it tasted fine. The atmosphere was lazy it was like nobody wanted to do anything and nobody cared that they even had customers. In this time this day and age customer service is going to what's going to keep people coming in. If you don't have customer service you won't have customers. People are going to start wanting to be taken care of catered to Love's on talked about talk to. If you're just a place that throws a bag at them you're probably not going to be the place they're going to go back just a little friendly advice.
