I door dash my order. I call the store to ask for sauce for my $40 order and they retrieve my order, they say they will put sauce in the bag..tarter vinegar etc..Every-time they don’t put the condiments in the bag, ever, even no napkins either. I will be spending my hard earned money at a different restaurant. This is the only store who does not allow you to pick condiments on door dash etc…STEER CLEAR. This is why pizza hut lost against little caesers. NOT UNDERSTANDING TECHNOLOGY OR MAKING SURE THEY COMPLETE THE ORDER CORRECTLY.

I’ve stopped at this location several times while passing through. This is the best Long John Silver’s in the Greater Chicago Area! The staff are always friendly, and the food is great. It’s fairly clean, and the best part is they still have the OG sign!

The staff was excellent. One in particular over me talking about the long john Silver sauce and went in yhe back to make us some. Very clean and fast.
Dietary restrictions: I'm t2 diabetic and the slaw does not spike me. I eat the fish but not the coating

Very fast n friendly n very clean even the restrooms look n smell clean. My only negative is how can you serve chicken items an not carry BBQ sauce as one of ur dipping sauces. BRING BACK BBQ SAUCE Corporate because it does make me not want to go there for my chicken lunches or dinners

I've ordered the meals through uber eats and it was horrible… This is my first and last time ordering from there. the food was over cooked, I didnt asked for hush puppies and received it in my meals. The waffle fries were very hard and over cooked. The food was greasy and burnt. The condiments I’ve requested were not inside the bag. I was very skeptical to order from this location tonight and it serves me that i should've listened to my first mind. I will never order from this location again.
