In the morning and afternoon this McDonald's is decent and orders come out in a timely manner and are fresh but that late night shift is a joke. I've waited at the delivery window for an half an hour ringing the bell before realigning the order and leaving. Ridiculous

I approach your McDonald’s on 11/4/2025 and there is a employee that works for this company with sherbet hair, light skin, and female that is very aggressive, disrespectful argumentative, and all around horrible person to be working in this establishment. The management is absolutely poor on your evening shift. There’s a lot of horse playing. There’s a lot of disrespect this issue from this establishment and Gary, Indiana and in my opinion, the store needs to be shut down. I’ve had numerous of horrible experiences at this one particular McDonald’s and this one particular employee that’s overly aggressive with customers the lobbies closes at 7 PM on this particular day, which is unheard of.

This is by far the worst franchise in Indiana. I was in line in the drive thru and they kept skipping me. I had to drive around and get in the other line just for my order. These people are extremely slow and I wonder how the even got a job. Avoid this franchise at all cost. Horrible.

Been waiting forever to have my order taken. Not one employee was able to acknowledge my existence as I am waiting there patiently. Out of about 10 employees at the restaurant. One was a cashier. And she was making orders, not taking! After repeating myself twice. I finally was able to speak to the cashier. She said give her a second. This is after I've been waiting over 8 minutes. She continues to bag orders for the drive thru. It's sad that this is the only well-known restaurant in the neighborhood

I ordered of DoorDash. Where you spend $15+ and get a free item. The free item was the spicy chicken sandwich or the nuggets. I chose the nuggets. But when my food gets here I don’t have my fish sandwiches(2) nor my nuggets but I have two spicy chicken sandwiches and them things is horrible… the fish was for my mother and I wanted the nuggets. Just spent extra money on DoorDash for the whole wrong order. The food was cold. The only thing I got that was correct in my order was my drink and sweet and sour sauce for some nuggets that’s not even present. Bro if someone can tell me how I paid $20 something dollars on DoorDash for this.

This location needs to shut down very unprofessional they curse alot they talk about gangs the customers could hear the whole loud conversation I spoke with the manager Jordan and she had very little to say she brush me off I'm sanitation supervisor and it very unhealthy to touch ur hair and touch customers food i will let my family and friends know not to never go to this location
