Came this morning, girl got mad over intercom ( management) because I asked if they had glazed donuts because they always out of something, no smoothies , so I matched her energy. Then she get my order wrong then when I tell her call me rude , this new generation need to learn customer service because that low vibrational energy will block your blessings . I won’t be back and I hope she get fired .

This is the McDonald's on 5th Ave in Gary Indiana the lines be crazy long and they be going so slow the lady was like "Can I take your order?" What happened to Welcome to McDonald's oh that got under my nerves then looking in the restaurant nobody had on hairnets my food was cold fries were limp all in all I'm not visiting a McDonald's anytime soon til the shamrock ☘️ come back

Slowest fast food ever. The drive thru is 20 minutes minimum with no line. I got a broken straw. No napkins. No sauce for my nuggets and waited a long time for my food.

The food is fine, I always order a McChicken, but sometimes it's spicy as if they didn't clean the thing after making a spicy McChicken for somebody else. Also they're out of frappes now which is highly upsetting
Honestly I have tried but they are just terrible. How do you sell someone a KK donut and it tastes like grease? CLEAN UP IN THAT MFR DAMN! And it was stale. 😡 I will keep going to 35th.
