Customer service here is terrible for starters you will wait 30 minutes for your food and if there’s an issue with it and you tell a manager (night shift) they will yell at you I have seen an manager kick a kid literally because we wanted to pick up his food from inside the police was called but she locked the doors, And the doors close and lock too early at 8pm there closed and locked and they make you go through the drive through even if you didn’t ride up there it needs to be fixed ASAP.

I went to purchase a bag of ice. Several workers came to the front counter and asked several times did I get my bag of ice. Seriously how long does it really take. I don't eat here but the atmosphere was ok. The young lady took my order then headed to the back before I could ask for my receipt. Then a young man came and asked what did I order and I stated a bag of ice. After about 5 different workers again the young man returned and was balling up 2 receipts, I asked him was one of them my ice receipt. He stated I hope not while uncrinkling them and handing me the one for me. Whew this is a lot for some ice.

This is probably one of the worst McDonald’s in the area. The customer service is TERRIBLE the “MANAGERS” are just as bad. I only come to this location for my son and the location is convenient to where I live but I will not be returning back.

Slow drive up service is ridiculous,i put my mobile order at 11:51 pm December 2 2025 ,i received my order at 12:38 ,im waiting for 48 minutes ,i waste my money i waste my gasoline for waiting i lot time on the drive thru when i receive my order my food was really cool ,Is not excuses for the drive thru run slow ,they have i lot workers like 6 .Im really mad and i never stop again on this McDonald's.

If i could rate my experience any lower, I would. We (car of 2) pull into the drive-through a little after 10pm and were told they’re only doing mobile order and door dash, even though it was a 24hr drive-through. We pull into the parking lot, place a mobile order (which is available until 3:30am), and pull into the drive through thinking they just weren’t doing in person orders. The lady over the speakers yelled at us the entire conversation. she said she’s “only doing doordash orders”. I was confused, told her we were just told mobile order or doordash, and she yelled at us again that “her manager just came through and said that they’re only doing doordash orders”. I had already placed my mobile order, asked how I get a refund, and while still shouting I was told “it’s in the mobile app”. I have never had such a bad experience at a fast food restaurant, staff has never been that rude to me. It was a long day of travel to an unfamiliar area and we were just hoping for dinner. Ended up going to a different McDonalds about 20 minutes away and had a better time there. Will NEVER go here again, I don’t understand how the manager allows their employees to talk to customers that way.

I just wanted to give a staff shout-out to Nabreya Everytime I come in the restaurant she always has a positive attitude and she is very efficient with her work. Her manager needs to give her a raise exceptional job.
