If you want to wait inside for more than 10 minutes on two fountain drinks then this is the perfect McDonald’s for you the lady even had an attitude when asking what I was waiting for so if I wasn’t to be standing there they wouldn’t have know I even ordered just two drinks very annoyed

I put and order on the app with the n value menu for the $5 and somehow it didn’t give me the deal but they made it right in the store. The deal was by a $5 meal plus an extra sandwich for. Dollar. The app charged me $7 and somehow change all I got was two sandwiches and a large drink. I mentioned to them about what happened and they honored my request without question. What I am saying is that they gave me a fry and nuggets even though it wasn’t their mistake. Thank you.

To be such a highly sought After restaurant and being at this location for so long, the amount of disrespect that the employees show is ridiculous. To go through the drive-through follow the steps of giving the code from the app to order a sandwich we get when I get to the checkout the cashiers demeanor is so disrespectful to only call a more disrespectful manager heavyset black guy with a bald head. This is just sad. I will never visit this location again. I encourage other patrons to visit other locations as Merriville Schererville have much nicer employees no matter what the day brings…

Maybe the worst fast food experience of my life. My brother and I waited 45 minutes for a frappe. It took them over 15 minutes to refill sodas and the initial order was over 8 minutes and waiting for a couple sandwiches. They tried to make it right by giving us two fraps instead of the one that we ordered.

I sat at the window for what seemed like forever. I pulled around to leave and stopped at the window because the young lady was just sitting there like she was bored. She opened the window and put her phone down and I said are you closed and she said no why? I told her we had been sitting there for a long time and she said the one lane was supposed to be closed and I said but what about the open one, you have 10 cars waiting for their orders to be taken. She told me her headset didn't beap like it was supposed to. I told her she should probably work on charging that one and get a different one until it charges. She took my order and then we waited another 15 minutes for cold fries and the worst burgers I have ever had from McDonald's. They really need some help with the management. The girl who gave us our food literally wiped the counter the entire time we waited and it was just a tiny little section. She could have been helping with so many other things. 🤷

Absolutely pathetic service. No greetings, no pleasantries took 20 minutes for them to come to the window and say go wait in a parking lot spot which the lady that had been in front of us was already waiting at. We just said give us the money back then they said it’s being bagged right now. Then they forgot the shake and when asked about it they said well let me see you receipt. Laughing like punks the entire time. Pathetic.
