Didn't even recieve my food after 45 minutes, waited that long to get a refund on 10 piece nugget, large fry and a drink. A woman next to me waited 30 minutes on a small sprite and small fry and didn't even get her food. I've never done it before but I emailed cooperate on this. Even the staff were rude issuing a refund, it's not my fault you lack proper management to serve your customers.

Drive thru slow... Should not be sitting as long as we do here at any other McDonald's in Indiana... And I live in Miller... Order always get messed up no matter when I go. In or drive thru Something is missing or not the correct order... Honestly as a former McDonald's cook it's sad. Just go to the Hobart branch...

I just came from this McDonaldâs with my mother and sister. The service was horrible and they all had very bad attitudes. As my mother pulled up to the window she got her food and informed her that she wanted drinks without ice and her meals were suppose to be medium sized not the small order sized meals. Even though they got her order all wrong she still said âThank youâ multiple times to the lady and she didnât say anything back because she was mad. We were charged extra for items we didnât ask for and our order was wrong. When we asked the young lady to please give us drinks without ice she instantly got a nasty attitude and wanted us to pull up and wait. She read our receipt and was still nasty to us. She proceeded to take care of other orders. My mom said âJust give me the drinks you have ready because my train is come.â This McDonaldâs customer service was horrible. This is very unethical for this business. We will never come here again. Terrible customer service from the drive through window. Ridiculous!
