I would not give this McDonald’s any stars any good review they have real bad, rude customer service. They have too many young kids working in there that don’t know what they are doing. Managers are very rude disrespectful don’t have no control over the crewmembers. My experiments was the worst experiments I ever had with this McDonald’s. I pull up to McDonald’s to buy a dollar coffee. The coffee is spilling over the top the young lady with dreadlocks And glasses short and the window smart mouth very rude, disrespectful cursing ask her to replace the top the little B tells me no they not doing nothing. Ask for a refund she tells me I’m not getting nothing back. Ask for a manager the manager standing right there ain’t saying nothing . Another employee female comes out with a gun safe. Is these restaurants when they put kids in there to work and they argue with grown peoples and run customers away. Someone really need to do something about this McDonald’s as soon as possible.Vegetarian options: Do not go thereParking: Do not go there

This is, without question, the worst McDonalds in America. They torn down and rebuilt it last year so it looks significantly better than it used to but do not be fooled. It is an absolute train wreck. I just waited 23 minutes to get my food. I watched four employees take a smoke break right in front of me in that period. I paid $11 for a Diet Coke because I never got my food and ended up leaving vowing to never, ever return.

How do you give 0 stars . This place is horrible the crew was eating while making food orders. Playing around swearing most unprofessional crew working the pm shift on 3/28/2024 I feel sorry for anyone who gets food prepared there hope you don't get sick from the Disgusting way the food was being handled. Of course the Manger was no where to be found . What a shame all that money was wasted on remodeling a place so poorly ran . Corporate needs to step in .

The employees are so rude and ghetto they have idea about good customer service and they don't realize if ppl didn't come they would not be working it's sad that you pay for something and they feel they can give you anything....cold ? frape nothing but ice chips...they can't even use a blender properly how sad...never again will they get business....

To the owner and GM of this McDonald's you all have put so .much focus on the physical appearance and rebuilding the outside appearance of this McDonald's yet you continue to neglect and ignore the terrible customer service and terrible product that u distribute... The food at this restaurant is ALWAYS stale and cold the customer service is always ignorant and and wait times are just down right ridiculous there is always something missing from orders or orders not correctly made and as previously stated the food is always cold and old you can never get anything fresh here. To the owner and gm if you read this you all really need to step it up and do better cause it really is unacceptable the manner in which you all are running this business. I'd rather drive the extra 10 mins to Hobart or Portage and get hot food rather than spend another dime at this lake Street location

You can change the appearance of a place on the outside but you can't change the appearance of the staff inside if you don't change the staff. All I ordered was three items and didn't receive the first item out of the three. When I went inside to get my item they didn't give me, the manager wanted to know what my problem was. She then proceeded to give me cold food.
