The food has its on taste so it’s good! but I wish every-time what I spend for two meals I got my moneys worth $25 they try to pack u up with rice and everything else but give u a pinch of meat. I don’t know if it’s protocol or what?

The lightskin lady with the freckles ? had great customer service and very knowledgeable about the ingredients they serve, build my bowl so well and recommend a couple great items as well that I tried.. if I had to say so myself I vote going around brunch & the food was hot and prepared well. I had a great experience. If I had cash I'd definitely tip her from customer service alone.. great portions as well. Thank you Miss.... if I'm ever back here again I'll get the name.

Very bad service.they look at you like they're mad at you for ordering from their food. and they don't even talk to you.
The food is so good that I want to open one of my own just so I can have one nearby. I showed up not knowing much about middle eastern food but the gentleman behind the counter was more than happy to help me understand my choices.

Like every restaurant of Naf Naf the quality the flavor is great the only difference between the restaurant is the service quality and how you get that on your plate in the current place is the first that I am really satisfied and that is because there is a young lady Veronica she done the things 123 is it supposed to be and she know how to deal with the food and how to Serve it rightI didn’t read the ad was free because I got in and out in three minutes I believe it’s a nice cozy place I will visit next time and I will stay with the bowl on the table for the Atmosphere ratingParking: Plenty free parking

Chicken shawarma in a pita is a classic combo from here--I've been going for years. Although the new fries are not as good as the old ones--hopefully they bring them back. Great place.

Drove 35 mins to get here got in at 21:49 for them to tell me they’re closed when the sign clearly states 2200 while pointing that to them they just start cleaning up. Terrible service that lady seemed old enough to know better if you don’t like your job quit no one is forcing you to work here.

My husband and I work as a truck driver and come here every time we're in Chicago. I've already lost count of how many trips it was here. Everything is always at the highest level, delicious food, but inexpensive. Always friendly staff and fast service.
