I called to place an order after lunch hour rush. The guy answered the phone quickly, said please hold and laid the phone down i’m guessing on the counter. I was left on hold for 29 minutes. The only reason why I even remained on the phone that long is because I had put the phone on speaker and went back to work then I just happened to hear people talking in the background and I looked and noticed I’m still on hold. After shouting hello several times I finally just hung up. I also took a picture of how long I was on hold with their phone number clearly in the picture
