Panthera's Cocktail Lounge

My first time at Panthera's: The atmosphere was nice, and the food & drinks were pretty decent, but the customer service was terrible. I came on Wednesday for the Wings Special, and the bartender caught an attitude and was very rude due to miscommunication, along with the fact she never gave me my proper change back after paying for 3 drinks that originally someone else was paying for. Giving the fact she was the only one on duty, I suggest hiring more bartenders so then maybe she isn't frustrated dealing with so many customers on her own. Other than that, it was a decent experience.

I would give zero stars if possible. The place is DISGUSTING. The manager is rude. Plus you pay Chicago prices for a drink and to get in. That place isn’t worth it! Go to Ralos!

I like the interaction via Messenger but the auto response need to be updated with real time. Stated the club opens at 8 pm when the particular night I attended it didn't open until 9 pm. I waited 1 hr to get in. While waiting quite a few cars came and left when they saw the club was dark. Also need to update Facebook page give more information about different activities happening at the club instead of posting old flyers.Would be nice if they had a little spot that served light snacks/food.The DJ was wonderful!! The place appears to really be nice. The night I went there was a very small crowd. This is possibly due to late opening and construction in the area.

I like the small somewhat intimate setting but the alcohol is questionable. I still don't think that I was really drinking Ketel One Vodka. My sisters friend said the same about the Dusse and cheap cola really! Like will Coca-Cola really break the bank?!?

Me & my daughter celebrated our birthday there. It was my first time going.We had a ball. It's very sexy in the inside, great vibe.The dj played great music & played anything u requested. I would definitely go back.
