I should have asked for fresh food, it must have been sitting for awhile. The burger was cold and unseasoned, the nuggets were hard and chewed like rubber and the Hawaiian punch was just red flavored water. Was truly disappointed this trip?

Made me sit in drive thru for 10mins without taking my order with no one in front of me then cursed me out for asking are they taking orders whole crew outside instead of doing there jobs feb 16th 420pm horrible customer service whoever's on headset needs to be fired immediately

I’m so sick of not getting what I order. If you have buffalo tenders on the menu, why every time I order it I get regular ones? I’m so sick of not getting what I want. I paid my fair share and I expect to get what I paid for. Then DoorDash is going to ban be because I can’t complain too many times to them. Get it together! Managers and employees!

It's worth the wait for fresh food. Ordered two chicken sandwich combos for my coworker and I and the best sandwich I've had in a long time. The mother, daughter combo did an amazing job. Very nice. Curtious, and helpful. Hopefully I didn't guess that wrong. Fries are amazing. Building run down a little bit what's not in Gary. A must try.

The employee was very friendly. The food… the picture speaks for itself… First and last time here.
Every time I've gone there for 5 visits now they always forget half the order. Oh they will charge you for all of it so don't worry about that but half of it won't be there. Most of the time they never made it so you get to wait for it for 20 more minutes. The food is getting worse and worse every single time. I dont actually blame the staff since everytime I go there is only one or two people actually there. Just horrid management/ownership I've ever seen. When you manage/own a franchise that generally requires you hire people to make food for customers.
