The food can be good when they cook it properly. But there are too many inconsistencies. One of the main issue is a language barrier between the cashiers and the cooks. Also, be aware they charge you extra for using your debit card.
I came late at night. the cashier was very nice and attentive. (sidenote: only the drive thru is open after a certain time) the food was just okay. it could have used more sauce, but that is a personal preference. overall it was edible and no real complaints.
I ordered last minute for a group of 20. He took my order, checked stock to make sure he was able to fill it, and gave me the cost. We set a time for pick up and it was ready when I arrived. The food was very good and the service was excellent.
