My wings was fye! Not sure if they are always that good but the wings was a nice size and my fries was light skinned and slight crunch...not over cooked in old grease. I'll go back!

They always run out of food and try to overcharge you. I went there tonight seven 2125 and the same demonstration they ran out of catfish steak tried to charge me two dollars and then when I complain they had something to say this is the worst Sharks that I have ever had the displeasure of going to, and I will never go there again. People taking orders are horrible. Something needs to be done or it needs to be shut down.

Frist of all I came threw drive threw everything was cool waiting on my food the cashier didn’t say hi how r nothing just took my money and kepted it moving then I get all the way home no drink I called she had me on hold for 10 minutes then I told her she left my drink out and this the second time all she said was oh. Ok u can come get I come back up there to get it and she put it in the window with a attitude her name is Asia no apology or nothing and closed the window and looked at me with a attuned this is why I stopped coming to this one I will not be back to this one

The food here is so nasty!!! They use the same grease to fry chicken and fish. My chicken tastes like expired fish. The french fries taste like they recooked them. And it was absolutely no salt or pepper on anything. This place needs to close down seriously.

This is the worst sharks I’ve been to. This place is dirty and should be closed down. I have literally seen roaches crawling around the outside and inside. I have ordered from this place multiple times and on multiple occasions they have gotten my food wrong but not just that, they give you cold and old food that has been sitting there and just reheat it. They also shouldn’t even be running a business since I went up there for a refund and the owner was saying stuff like why do we have to give them a refund. Also something really petty is with my refund they charged me for one cheese stick that I had ate when trying my food. Lastly every restaurant or fast food place I’ve been to when you request a refund they don’t take your food back because you have touched it and it’s contaminated but here they take it back so be careful they are probably giving you someone else’s food that someone probably touched.
